    Quality of Service Monitoring (QOS) is the chief guard of traffic quality. It collects performance data off the network, and within minutes analyzes that data so you get a picture of voice service quality in near real-time.

    A selection of industry-normal metrics are intended such as ACD (Average Call Duration) and ASR (Answer-Seize-Ratio or link per call attempt) for automated IP voice quality measures based on package loss and jitter.
    In NEON these alerts can be setup at various level i.e.

    • Vendor
    • Customer
    • Trunk
    • Gateway
    • Prefix
    • Destination
    • No of calls

    As soon as metric drops NEON will alert you which can be logged directly to your vendor as well.
