I could do with some help. We have purchased a Dell Sonicwall TZ500 and I-, having problems getting VoIP to work fully.
The PBX is cloud based and I have allowed all the relevant SIP UDP ports for inbound (Outbound is open).
The phone registers ok and when making a test call, I can hear them but they cant hear me.
From what I can gather I need to set up a NAT policy(s) but have no idea what to do!
